Nicole Jess is the President of the Public Service Association of NSW where she also held the positions of Vice President and Senior Vice President.
Nicole has been a Correctional Officer in New South Wales for more than 35 years and is currently a Senior Correctional Officer. She was the first female ever to be elected to the Prison Officers Vocational Branch in New South Wales, and later went on to be elected as the first female Chairperson of this organisation.
Nicole is a proud Correctional Officer who continuously promotes and advocates for better working conditions, training and safety equipment in her industry. In her role as President, she is passionate about promoting equality and equity in the workforce for members, and promoting the good work that public servants in New South Wales undertake on a daily basis.
