Liam Downey

Liam's experience in our industry-sectors spans nearly 2 decades; having been part of Defence, Fire and Emergency Services, Police and Corrections industry-sectors, Liam brings a wealth of frontline knowledge to Public Skills Australia.

He is passionate about our sectors and prior to joining Public Skills Australia, he was an Emergency Response & Safety Instructor for a Registered Training Organisation. He holds qualifications in Correctional Practice, Public Safety Work, Health and Safety, and Training and Assessment. These experiences and qualifications support his role as a Training Product Developer by imbedding different perspectives into our projects.
