Adam Halliwell
Director of Workforce Strategy and Insights
Adam Halliwell is a highly accomplished professional with more than 10 years’ experience in the Victorian Public Service. Throughout his career, Adam has shown a commitment to undertaking evidence-based research and communicating complex data to a variety of audiences.
Prior to joining Public Skills Australia, Adam served as Acting Assistant Director of both the Innovation and Research and Policy and Projects teams for ANZPAA – one of our key member organisations.
Adam also enhanced his skills in data analytics, data capability and community engagement while working for the Crime Statistics Agency. During this time, he represented the agency on a community safety project that involved developing close partnerships with Victoria Police, the Department of Justice and other crime prevention agencies to support community engagement across Victoria.
Adam will oversee the workforce planning function for Public Skills Australia. He is motivated to enhance Public Safety and Government workforces in Australia and beyond.
