Tracey Linford APM
Board Director
Tracy Linford has been serving as Public Skills Australia Board Director for the last three months. She comes to the Board with 41 years’ experience in policing in Victoria and Queensland. Throughout that time, she rose to the rank of Deputy Commissioner and served in General Duties, Crime, Intelligence, and Counter Terrorism portfolios.
Tracy has extensive experience relating to Audit and Risk, Organised Crime, Domestic and Family Violence and Inclusion and Diversity through her work at the Executive level. She is currently working as a consultant providing advice on public safety in policing, justice and corrections. Tracy has received a Policing Excellence Award for Leadership from the Australasian Council of Women and Policing (ACWAP) and in 2014 was awarded an Australia Police Medal (APM) in the Australia Day Honours. She holds a Batchelor of Business & Commerce Degree and a Masters Degree in Public Administration.
