Kevin is a Director at Kevin Scott Consultancy, which he established after his retirement from Victoria Police. He has advised Federal, State, and Local Governments on strategic matters, focusing on education and people-related issues. As a consultant, Kevin has reviewed learning and development services of the Australian Electoral Commission, and was retained to monitor its implementation over several years.
Kevin enjoyed a varied and lengthy career with Victoria Police, spanning more than 44 years. His most notable achievement was his time as the Assistant Commissioner of People Development Command, where he transformed training services.
Kevin has been an active volunteer, more recently with Blue Light Victoria, and is currently a Public Sector Selection Committee Member at the Winston Churchill Foundation.
Kevin was selected by Police agencies across Australia to represent their interests on the Public Skills Australia Board.
