Del Gaudry CSC

Del Gaudry has been serving as a Public Skills Australia Board Director for the last three months. She comes to the Board with 23 years’ experience in the Royal Australian Air Force. Throughout that time, she rose to the rank of Squadron Leader and served in logistics, compliance, Gender, Peace & Security, Air Force Coach, and welfare and mental health portfolios.

Prior to her service Del has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources across all disciplines at the executive level.

Del currently sits on the following Boards:

• Board Member - Nepean Blue Mountains Regional Health District (NBMRHD)
• Board Member - NSW RSL & Service Clubs Assn
• Board Member – Penrith RSL Club Ltd
• Past Board Member - ZONTA Club of the Blue Mountains
• Past Trustee Director RSL NSW (Welfare and Benevolent Institution)
• Past Board Member and President – Western Sydney Business Connection (WSBC).

In the 2023 Australia Day Honours, Del was awarded the Conspicuous Service Cross (CSC) with the citation:

For outstanding achievement in implementation of the National Action Plan on Woman, Peace and Security, and in the welfare and mental well-being of Royal Australian Air Force members.
