Richard Havrila is a highly experienced HR and Recruitment Officer with over two decades of experience across human resources, consultancy and stakeholder engagement. He is passionate about ensuring organisations are well equipped with the resources needed to transform company culture, support staff wellbeing and create positive work environments.

Richard has successfully managed the Human Resource departments for many different organisations across his career. Within Public Skills Australia, he has played a pivotal role in growing the company to achieve our mission of supporting the public safety and government industry-sectors.
