Cielito Murphy is a delivery-focused professional with a career spanning more than 30 years in the banking and finance industry. She has managed medium- to large-scale programs at enterprise and divisional levels, and has experience in business management, organisational risk, enterprise finance, group technology, workforce management, international trade, and institutional banking.
Prior to joining Public Skills Australia, Cielito worked in the enablement function that protects an organisation from financial crimes by managing sanctions; anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and anti-corruption; and fraud. Her skills in designing and implementing business transformation frameworks, effectively navigating complex structures, and influencing behaviour in multi-stakeholder partnership make her an asset to Public Skills Australia.
As a seasoned Operations Manager, Cielito is passionate about continuous improvement, strategic thinking, and managing changes in ‘business as usual’ and project environments. She is a certified member of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists.
