Chloe Boyd

Chloe Boyd is an experienced and passionate research and policy professional. In her 10 years’ experience, Chloe has worked across Policing, Correctional Services, Government and the Intelligence industry-sectors on diverse subject matters, including workforce planning, workplace transformation, sustainable service delivery, futures and foresight, family and sexual violence, and cybercrime.
In her tenure at the Australia New Zealand Police Advisory Agency (ANZPAA), Chloe’s work facilitating cross-jurisdictional networks honed her skills in information sharing, strategic advice and identifying solutions to common industry challenges. She is deeply committed to building effective and future-forward workforces in support of the critical work undertaken by the Public Safety and Government industry.
Chloe is currently completing her PhD in Criminology. Outside of work, Chloe is a strong advocate for supporting the community through volunteering. She is a former president of the Barwon Rotaract (Rotary) Club, and currently volunteers as a foster carer and events coordinator with Forever Friends Animal Rescue.
