As a Research and Policy Officer in the Workforce Planning team at Public Skills Australia, Jess thrives on collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address the evolving needs and challenges of workforces in the public-safety and government industries. She is dedicated to exploring the environments and cultures that shape our world.
Jess holds a Bachelor of Environment and Society from RMIT University, along with dual Masters degrees in Journalism and International Relations from Monash University. Prior to joining Public Skills Australia, she contributed to research for the United Nations, focusing on Australia's youth, and engaged in policy research and writing for Victoria's renewable energy sector, advancing green energy initiatives. These varied experiences underscore Jess's commitment to impactful research and solutions that empower communities and industries alike.
