Ken Robinson AM

Ken is an accomplished leader with a distinguished career in the Royal Australian Air Force and strong credentials in business and governance. He holds a Bachelor of Business, an MBA, and is a graduate of the Australian Company Directors’ Course.
Ken has extensive experience in strategic workforce planning, governance, and organisational leadership. He has commanded large, complex teams, including 3,500 personnel in Combat Support Group, and later managed a $2.7 billion budget and 9,500 staff as Deputy Chief of Joint Capabilities. His expertise spans enterprise-level workforce strategy, executive talent management, and major organisational reform.
Recognised with the Conspicuous Service Cross and appointed a Member of the Order of Australia, Ken has delivered outcomes in logistics, personnel management, and international engagement. Since 2025, he has provided advisory services, leveraging his experience in governance, strategic planning, and transformation to support private sector boards.
